that is becoming essential to project success rather than a competitive advantage. Javens Mechanical Contracting has been honing their BIM techniques for over twenty years ago. Since then we have used and outgrown several different software packages and approaches to the BIM project delivery method. Accurate, coordinated and detailed BIM models have helped us maximize off-site fabrication, resulting in improved safety, quality, schedule coordination and cost.
